Teksturalne, skupione i precyzyjne, o średniej budowie. Świeża kwasowość, drobne, zwarte taniny i aksamitny rdzeń soczystych wiśni. Mineralne akcenty i długi, harmonijny finisz.

100% Sangiovese z certyfikowanych ekologicznie winnic Castello di Volpaia w Radda in Chianti, z działek położonych na wysokości 400–600 m n.p.m. W 2021 roku zbiory były rozciągnięte w czasie – grona na Riservę zbierano od końca września do połowy października.
